Provide hands-on IT infrastructure and site operations support for a clinical pharmacology site in Singapore, ensuring reliable and secure IT services while supporting business and infrastructure projects.
Responsibilities
Provide hands-on support for end-user hardware, software, Microsoft 365, network connectivity and IT assets.
Manage IT incidents and service requests through the ITSM platform, ensuring timely resolution and SLA compliance.
Support device provisioning, employee IT onboarding, technology training and IT asset lifecycle management.
Coordinate with regional and global IT teams, vendors and service providers to resolve infrastructure issues and support site technology initiatives.
Act as the on-site IT lead for assigned projects, covering requirements gathering, infrastructure readiness, implementation, UAT, cutover and post-go-live support.
Support infrastructure refresh, network and equipment deployment, change management and site-level technical activities.
Track project risks, issues and deliverables while ensuring solutions comply with relevant IT, security and GxP requirements.
Requirements
Minimum Degree in IT, Computer Science or other related field
Minimum 5 years of experience in IT Infrastructure support
Hands-on experience with Windows 10/ 11 & MS 365
Strong experience in Business Projects
