Job Description

Industry/ Organization Type: Distributor - piping

Position Title: Procurement Coordinator

Working Location: Woodlands

Working Hours: 5 days (Mon to Fri: 9:00am to 6:00pm)

Salary Package: Basic + Performance Bonus

Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

Process daily purchase orders and track deliveries.

Update delivery schedules and shipment status records.

Source and liaise with suppliers, vendors, freight forwarders, and service providers.

Coordinate with sales and warehouse teams on goods receipt and inventory updates.

Maintain procurement documents (POs, quotations, supplier records).

Support vendor evaluation and price/cost comparisons.

Prepare and handle import/export and logistics documentation.

Ensure procurement work follows company policies and compliance requirements.

Handle ad-hoc tasks and special projects as assigned.

Minimum O-Levels.

Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

Experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV is a plus.
