🏬 Store Operations

Monday - Sunday (5 days work week)

Working hours: 8-9 hours per day (between 10am - 10.30pm)

💵 Basic:  $2,000

(Commensurate as per experienced)

🎯 Incentives + commissions + attractive benefits

💎 Average gross salary:  $4,000 – $5,500/month

💰 Sales Performance

Achieve individual sales targets & KPIs

Upsell and cross-sell products effectively

Promote membership programmes & campaigns

🔥 Product & Trend Knowledge

Stay updated on latest beauty trends and launches

Attend training sessions and continuously upgrade skills

🧠 Store Operations

Maintain store cleanliness and visual merchandising standards

Replenish stock and support daily retail operations

Assist with cashiering duties when required
