Your Role

As a Personal Banker, you will play a key role in delivering a personalized banking experience to customers and helping them achieve their financial goals.

Understand customers' financial needs and provide tailored banking solutions

Offer sound financial advice in accordance with regulatory and bank guidelines

Proactively engage with customers to deepen relationships and drive new business opportunities

Work closely with other banking teams, including Priority Banking and Business Banking

Ensure smooth and high-quality customer service experience

Conduct KYC/CDD and maintain customer portfolio updates

What We’re Looking For

✔ Diploma/Degree in any field

✔ Experience as a Relationship Manager or Personal Banker is a plus!

✔ Candidates with insurance sales experience are welcome to apply

✔ Strong sales acumen and proven ability to meet targets

✔ Passion for customer engagement and financial advisory
