BUILDING SUPERVISOR

Job Summary

Supervise and coordinate daily construction activities to ensure alignment with project plans and specifications, driving timely and budget-compliant completion. Lead on-site teams and collaborate with project managers to optimize scheduling and resource allocation while maintaining a strong safety culture.

Responsibilities

Direct site workers and coordinate subcontractors daily to achieve timely completion of construction tasks

Enforce Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations to maintain a safe and compliant work environment

Analyze architectural and structural drawings to verify adherence to client quality standards

Monitor and track material usage accurately to support project budgeting and prevent delays

Communicate site progress and challenges clearly to Project Managers to facilitate informed decision-making

Lead and organize workforce activities to improve site productivity and operational efficiency

Preferred competencies and qualifications

2 to 5 years of relevant site experience in the Singapore construction industry

Proficient in reading technical drawings and managing workforce activities effectively

Demonstrated leadership, problem-solving, and site coordination skills
