$2,200 – $2,800/month · 5.5-day week · No night shifts · No Sundays

What You'll Do

Welcome patients and manage check-in, registration, and payment

Answer calls, WhatsApp messages, emails, and walk-in enquiries

Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments

Explain treatment estimates, payment options, and appointment instructions clearly

Process billing, CHAS, MediSave, and insurance claims

Dispense prescribed medication accurately (training provided)

Send patient reminders, follow-ups, and recall messages

Support the clinical team with room turnover, patient areas, and day-to-day operations

Help during photoshoots, clinic events, and ad hoc duties as needed

What We're Looking For

Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident

Minimum GCE N Level, O Level, or ITE certification

Good spoken and written English. Chinese language proficiency required as the role involves assisting patients who communicate primarily in Mandarin.

Warm, organised, team player, reliable and takes initiative without being asked

Comfortable managing several tasks at once

Stays composed when the clinic gets busy

Basic computer and administrative skills

Prior clinic, hospitality, or customer service experience is a plus — not required

Working Hours

Monday – Friday: 9:00 am – 6:00 pm

Saturday: 9:00 am – 1:00 pm

No night shifts. No Sundays.
