Process Engineer (Entry Level) - VTTO

Our client is a well-established manufacturer specializing in electrical power distribution and industrial solutions. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for a Process Engineer (Entry Level) to support manufacturing excellence and operational improvements. They are located in the (North / West) – easily accessible.

Responsibilities

Develop, standardize, and maintain manufacturing processes and production procedures across regional operations.

Identify, recommend, and implement process improvements and automation initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.

Support the deployment of standardized production processes across local and overseas manufacturing facilities.

Manage and optimize production systems for switchgear manufacturing and assembly operations.

Conduct process audits, ensure compliance with operational standards, and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Provide engineering support for manufacturing operations and other process-related projects.

Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline.

At least 2 years of process engineering experience in a manufacturing environment.

Knowledge of manufacturing process improvement and production system optimization.

Experience supporting process standardization, implementation, or automation projects.

Able to travel overseas when required.
