Manage diverse stakeholder perspectives, lead backlog refinement sessions, align business and engineering teams, and secure necessary approvals.

Evaluate end-to-end workflows to build functional system designs while considering platform limits, data architecture, integrations, and downstream effects.

Evaluate existing operations, pinpoint user needs, and map out target states to align organizational strategy with technical capabilities.

Conduct research, collect data, and synthesize insights to drive decision-making.

Skills & Requirements

Proven ability to extract business requirements, formulate incisive questions, identify gaps, and craft clear user stories ready for implementation.

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with experience leading alignment sessions, handling varied priorities, and securing sign-offs across technical and non-technical teams.

Solid functional and solution design expertise, with a deep grasp of end-to-end processes, data flows, system constraints, and integration impacts.

Hands-on experience analyzing organizational processes, evaluating business models, assessing current operations, and designing future-state technical solutions.

Excellent research, data-gathering, and analytical synthesis capabilities.
