Responsibilities
Process supplier invoices, staff claims and payment transactions
Assist with customer collections and follow up on outstanding payments
Maintain accurate supplier and customer account records
Prepare payment schedules and assist with bank reconciliations
Handle basic payment and account-related enquiries
Support Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable activities
Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities
Provide general accounting and finance administrative support to the team
Requirements
Diploma or relevant qualification in Accounting, Finance or a related field
Up to 1 to 2 years of relevant accounting or finance experience will be advantageous
Basic understanding of accounting principles and Microsoft Excel
Detail-oriented, organised and comfortable working with numbers
Responsible, willing to learn and able to work effectively as part of a team
