Senior Cook (Italian/Japanese Fusion Cuisine)

Monthly Salary: UP to $3400 (Negotiable)

Working hours: 5.5 day work week | 48 hours per week

Our client is seeking for a passionate and skilled Line Cook to join their kitchen team.

The ideal candidate will have experience in Italian and/or Japanese cuisine and a keen interest in fusion cooking.

Responsibilities & Duties:

Lead a team and assist a chef

Prepare and cook a wide range of Japanese and Italian-Japanese fusion dishes with precision and flair.

Ensure that all dishes are presented to the highest standard and in line with our restaurant's concept.

Manage kitchen inventory and assist in ordering supplies.

Create a menu with the chef.

Work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Maintain cleanliness and comply with food sanitation requirements by properly

Qualifications and Requirements

3 years of western or Italian, or Japanese cook experience

Willing to learn and can-do attitude"
