Legal Executive

Assist with various types of applications to relevant government agencies (e.g., Ministry of Manpower, Immigration & Checkpoints Authority, Economic Development Board, Monetary Authority of Singapore) on behalf of clients, including but not limited to Singapore Employment Pass (EP) and Permanent Residency (PR) applications.

Prepare and review documents for various applications, including but not limited to application forms, cover letters, and information memorandums.

Liaise with clients and relevant government agencies on application processes and requirements.

Assisting in preparation and drafting legal documents, legal research, compiling of documents for submissions

Maintain accurate records of application deadlines, submissions, and approvals.

Requirements

Minimum qualification of Diploma in Business, Law, Legal Studies and Paralegal Studies.

At least 1 year of related experience

Excellent command of English (both written and spoken), with strong grammar and communication skills.

Highly detail-oriented, organised.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple applications simultaneously.

Positive, proactive attitude and strong interpersonal skills for collaborating with lawyers and clients.​

Experience working in a legal, immigration, or professional services environment would be a bonus.
