Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (5-day work week)

As an ACRA-registered filing agent, we have supported thousands of businesses with company incorporation, corporate secretarial services, accounting, taxation, payroll, compliance, audit coordination, and business advisory services. We are looking for a meticulous and proactive Compliance Officer to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities

Ensure compliance with Singapore regulations, laws, and industry requirements.

Conduct KYC, AML, sanctions screening, and client due diligence reviews.

Develop, implement, and maintain compliance policies and procedures.

Review and maintain accurate compliance records and documentation.

Support internal audits, regulatory reviews, and inspections.

Provide compliance guidance and training to internal stakeholders.

Identify, report, and escalate potential compliance issues and regulatory risks.

Monitor regulatory developments and communicate relevant changes to the business.

What We're Looking For

Diploma/Degree in Business, Law, Compliance, or a related discipline.

1 year of compliance experience, preferably within a corporate services, professional services, financial services, or regulatory environment.

Good understanding of Singapore regulatory requirements, including KYC, AML/CFT, and corporate compliance obligations.
