Purchaser cum Procurement Executive (Engineering)

Salary: $2500 to $4000 + VB

Working location: Gul Circle

Working Hours: Mon to Fri, 8am to 6pm

Job Responsibilities:

Responsible for sourcing and purchasing spare parts and consumables requested by Engineers.

Manage store inventory and ensure sufficient stock levels to support daily operations.

Ensure the quality and compliance of all products supplied to the company.

Negotiate contracts, pricing, and credit terms with suppliers to achieve cost efficiency.

Process purchase orders and monitor delivery timelines to ensure on-time supply.

Identify, evaluate, and manage suppliers to secure competitive pricing and reliable service.

Maintain accurate purchasing records and prepare monthly reports for management review.

Conduct supplier evaluations and audits to ensure performance and compliance standards.

Support the implementation and maintenance of ISO 9001:2015 quality management system requirements.

Job Requirements:

Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
