·        Responsible forpreparing and cooking daily mixed rice dishes (e.g., dishes and rice)

·        Attend to customers’orders and pack food accurately

·        Ensure food quality andhygiene standards comply with company and regulatory requirements

·        Handle cashier dutiesand basic cashless transactions

·        Replenish ingredientsand ensure freshness of food supplies

·        Maintain cleanlinessand tidiness of the working area, including kitchen and stall front

·        Responsible for stallsetup before opening and cleaning/packing after closing

·        Follow food safety andhygiene regulations at all times

·        Perform ad-hoc dutiesas assigned by Management
