3 Months Temp Admin Executive, Finance Department - HSN

We are hiring under Recruit Express headcount and you will be deployed to:

Location: Tanjong Pagar

Duration: 3 months

Hourly Rate: $15.50

Working Hours: Monday – Friday, Office Hours

Job Scope:

• Support the Accounts Payable (AP) team in day-to-day operations.
• Support the Vendor Invoice Management System (VIMS) project.
• Assist with BAU Accounts Payable activities.
• Support the implementation and transition of the VIMS project

Requirements

• Candidates with GCE O Level, Nitec, Higher Nitec, A Level or Diploma are welcome to apply
• Relevant administrative or accounts payable experience is an advantage
