TECHNICIAN CUM DRIVER

1. Safe and Timely Deliveries:

Transport equipment to various locations in a safe and efficient manner.

Ensure that products are securely loaded and unloaded.

Plan routes to optimize delivery schedules.

2. Installation and Assembly:

Set up and install machines or equipment at customer locations.

Ensure proper assembly and placement, following manufacturer guidelines.

3. Servicing and Maintenance:

Perform routine servicing and maintenance tasks on equipment.

Identify and resolve equipment issues to ensure optimal performance.

4. Repair and Troubleshooting:

Diagnose and repair if possible on equipment malfunctions and faults.

Order and replace faulty parts as needed.

5. Customer Support:

Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and concerns professionally.

Offer guidance and basic usage instructions to customers.

6. Vehicle Maintenance:

Perform routine vehicle inspections to ensure safety and report any maintenance needs.

Keep the delivery vehicle clean and well-maintained.

Qualifications

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Previous experience in delivery, installation, and maintenance of equipment is preferred.

Basic technical knowledge of equipment.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Ability to lift and move heavy equipment.

Dependable and punctual.
