Quality Engineer (Semiconductor)/

Our client is a Semiconductor testing services to Major Semicon related MNCs. Our client is also one of the Top Ten Semiconductor in globally.

Responsibilities

Work with Packing Material (Tray, Carrier tape) suppliers to design or select suitable carrier for IC products.

Review packing materials designs and propose changes if required

Draft, maintain and update supplier and customer-facing documents related to packing and media

Resolve non-conformance issues with supplied materials and follow up with suppliers for completion of corrective actions

Support on boarding activities of new suppliers for packing and labelling

Support managing 3rd party supplier (for reinspection and re-packing of IC products)

Requirements and Qualifications

Degree or Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical/ Materials Science Engineering

With experience in SEMICON industry, Assembly and Test, Packing Material is preferred.

Knowledge in AUTOCAD or any drawing apps, and ability to interpret engineering drawings.
