Duties:
Research resident demographics, behaviours, and trends within mall catchment areas
Identify customer needs, preferences, and commonly used digital platforms (e.g. Telegram, WhatsApp, apps)
Monitor online communities and social channels to track trends and surface insights
Support development of relevant promotions, deals, and partnerships for residents
Assist in curating and updating content for the mall’s app and website
Coordinate with merchants to gather information and ensure accuracy of promotions
Manage basic content tasks (uploads, tagging, updates, performance tracking)
Track engagement and provide simple insights to improve content effectiveness
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to support campaigns and initiatives
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related discipline
