Project Manager

Responsibilities

Prepare and manage project tenders including all required documentation to support project initiation and approval

Coordinate and deploy site foremen, subcontractors, and suppliers to complete projects meeting specifications, quality standards, budget, and deadlines

Lead meetings and negotiations with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to align project objectives and resolve issues

Investigate site problems, develop practical solutions, and provide recommendations to management for timely resolution

Ensure strict adherence to all legal and regulatory safety requirements on site to maintain a safe working environment

Establish and maintain an effective document control system for design drawings, project documents, and specifications, conducting regular reviews

Deliver excellent customer service to maintain strong client relationships and ensure client satisfaction

Perform additional tasks or assignments as directed by management to support project and organizational goals

Preferred competencies and qualifications

Familiarity with AutoCAD software to support project design and documentation

Strong interpersonal, communication, and people management skills to effectively lead teams and collaborate with stakeholders

Ability to work independently and manage tight schedules with fast turnaround times

Required competencies and certifications

Diploma or Degree in any Engineering discipline

Minimum 5 years of relevant industry experience
