[T02] Senior Software Engineer

You will be a key technology partner supporting strategic projects, working closely with Solution Architects, Project Managers, and Technical Leads to design, develop, test, and deploy system and network infrastructure as part of large-scale project implementations.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with engineers, project teams, and customers to deliver project objectives.

Design, develop, test, and debug system software and infrastructure solutions.

Identify technical risks and propose scalable, long-term solutions.

Create and manage reusable components to improve efficiency.

Review code and architecture, and drive best practices in design and development.

Lead technical teams and provide mentorship.

Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies.

Requirements

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in software or system engineering.

Strong full-stack development and software engineering fundamentals.

At least 3 years of hands-on experience with Agile methodologies.

Experience across the full SDLC (design, development, testing).

Knowledge of DevSecOps and CI/CD practices.

Proficiency in at least one core language:  Java, JavaScript, Python, C#, or C++.

Experience with modern frameworks such as Node.js, React, TypeScript, Spring Boot, Angular, Vue, Next.js, Express, or FastAPI.

Strong experience with SQL/NoSQL databases (e.g. MSSQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).

Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
