Accounts Executive

$2800 - $3200 basic + (performance) bonus

Work Location: JTC Space Tuas, S639533

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday: 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM

Saturday: 1 half day on Sat every 6weeks

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain a full set/partial set (AP/AR) of accounts by accurately recording daily financial transactions to ensure up-to-date bookkeeping

Prepare for GST submission

Organize and file accounting documents to maintain proper financial records

Assist operation with shipping arrangement

Key Requirements:

Min 1 years’ experience in full set accounting

Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel)
