Job Description

Thoroughly clean and polish glasses to ensure a pristine presentation for drinks.

Maintain a clean and tidy bar area to uphold high hygiene standards.

Assist with preparation tasks to streamline the efficiency of the bar service.

Regularly check and replenish ice levels; ensure an ample supply of mixers for smooth operations.

Efficiently take customer orders, providing attentive and friendly service.

Complete closing procedures, including settling bills and ensuring all transactions are accurately recorded.

Set up the bar for service, ensuring all necessary items are in place. Similarly, close the bar efficiently at the end of the day.

Organize bottles and glasses in a manner that supports efficient drink preparation and enhances beverage promotions.

Demonstrate strong communication skills to ensure a smooth flow of service.

Assist the restocking and replenishment of bar inventory and supplies.

Adhere to health and safety guidelines to create a safe and hygienic environment for both staff and customers.

Work closely with the manager to facilitate the efficient operation of the bar on a daily basis.

Other ad-hoc duty as assigned.

Job Requirement

Proven experience as a Bartender in a fast-paced and customer-oriented environment.

Knowledge of beverage recipes, preparation methods, and presentation techniques.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Familiarity with health and safety regulations in the food and beverage industry.
