Security Engineering Lead (Manager/ Central/ Attractive Bonus/ Near MRT)

Responsibility:
Lead the architecture, implementation, and governance of security solutions.
Manage security platforms, including configuration, lifecycle, performance, incidents, vulnerabilities, and compliance.
Ensure security controls, SLAs, KPIs, KRIs, and risk remediation are effectively managed.
Drive security engineering improvements through automation, AI, and technology optimization.
Provide security oversight for technology architectures and solutions.
Lead, mentor, and develop the Security Engineering team.
Manage security vendors, budgets, and service delivery.
Provide leadership support during major security incidents.
Develop security engineering strategies, standards, procedures, and roadmaps.
Requirement
Diploma/ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Security, or related field.
Minimum 15 years of experience in cybersecurity, information security, network security, or related areas.
Strong hands-on experience with PAM, SIEM, SOAR, EDR/XDR, NDR, IDS/IPS, DLP, WAF, and Vulnerability Management.
Experience with ISMS/ISO 27001, SOC 2, security frameworks, risk management, and regulatory compliance.
Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, preferably in a banking or highly regulated environment.
Experience in security operations, incident response, risk remediation, vendor management, and service improvement.
Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, or CRISC are preferred.
