Job Description:-

Oversee day‑to‑day operations and manpower deployment across assigned centres

Supervise on‑site teams to ensure service quality, safety, and SOP compliance

Act as the main liaison between centres, operations teams, and stakeholders

Manage feedback, incidents, and operational reporting

Support staff onboarding, training, and operational initiatives

Job Requirements

Strong operational planning and people‑management skills

Comfortable managing multi‑site teams and stakeholders

Detail‑oriented, service‑driven, and adaptable to dynamic schedules

Willing to travel and work weekends/PHs when required
