QC Inspector

Responsibilities

Inspect production processes and finished products to ensure quality standards are met

Complete and maintain accurate documentation for all inspections performed

Approve or reject product lots based on compliance with shipping and quality requirements

Generate certificates of analysis/compliance for approved product lots

Investigate and resolve production issues to maintain smooth operations

Conduct in-process audits on the production floor and report findings to Machine Operators and Supervisors

Quarantine non-conforming products to prevent shipment of defective goods

Assist in root cause analysis and corrective actions for customer complaints

Support Quality Assurance Engineer in executing special quality projects

Operate all quality control (QC) equipment proficiently to perform inspections

Promote safety and quality awareness throughout the facility

Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Manager

Required competencies and certifications

Capable of reading, interpreting, and communicating specifications

Operate and be familiar with quality inspection and measuring equipment

Minimum 1 year experience in Quality Control/Quality Assurance or print manufacturing industry

GCE “O” level or equivalent qualification

Job location: Tuas and Woodlands
