We're partnering with a leading insurer to hire a VP/SVP, Client Experience & Brand to shape the end-to-end client experience for its High-Net-Worth (HNW) business. This role will lead the strategy and execution of premium client engagement initiatives, exclusive events, strategic partnerships, and brand positioning.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute the HNW client experience and engagement strategy.
Design premium client experience, exclusive events, and bespoke engagement programmes for HNW clients and distribution partners.
Collaborate with key partners across the wealth and lifestyle ecosystem
Drive HNW brand positioning through thought leadership, targeted marketing initiatives, and client experiences.
Analyse client insights and engagement metrics to optimise programmes and improve client retention.
Partner closely with Business Development, Wealth Specialists, Marketing, Product, and Operations to deliver a seamless client experience.
Requirements
Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in client experience, relationship marketing, brand management, or client engagement, preferably gained within private banking, wealth management, insurance, asset management, or the luxury hospitality sector.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
