Business Planning, Senior Officer (Life Insurance)

About the Role

Working closely with senior stakeholders, you will play a key role in business performance reporting, strategic planning, board administration, and cross-functional coordination to support the company's growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Support the development of regional business plans and performance management initiatives.

Prepare management reports, business insights, and KPI dashboards for senior management.

Coordinate the development, tracking, and reporting of business KPIs across regional business units.

Organise board and management meetings, prepare meeting materials, and ensure compliance with corporate governance requirements.

Maintain corporate governance records, authority registers, and corporate schedules.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams on strategic initiatives and business planning projects.

Support regional meetings, conferences, and other planning-related projects as required.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.

Experience in business planning, management reporting, corporate planning, strategy, or performance management.

Prior experience in the insurance or financial services industry is preferred.

Advanced Microsoft Excel skills with the ability to analyse and present business data.

Strong analytical, organisational, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
