-NEW- 6/12 Months EA/Admin Support Executive

Job Responsibilities:

Provide day-to-day administrative and project support to the MD across multiple ongoing projects.

Support with calendar & flight arrangement

Assist with the preparation of quotations, proposals, documentation and project-related materials.

Manage and maintain project documents, records and files using SharePoint and other digital platforms.

Handle email correspondence, follow-ups and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.

Assist with tracking project timelines, deliverables and outstanding matters to ensure tasks are followed through.

Coordinate and organize meetings, documents and other project-related activities where required.

Support the preparation, formatting and submission of reports, quotations and other business documents.

Liaise with different stakeholders and follow up on outstanding information or requirements.

Provide general administrative support

Work closely with the manager and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced project environment.

Adhoc tasks and projects as assigned

Job Requirements

·       Minimum Diplomain a related discipline

·       Minimum 5 years of relevant experience

·       Able to start immediately or within short notice
