Key Account Executive (FMCG) (ID: 493523)

Responsibilities

Manage key account relationships and drive sales growth within assigned channels.

Develop and align annual business plans and strategies to meet channel KPIs.

Conduct joint business planning sessions and regular reviews with key customers.

Oversee the allocation and effectiveness of advertising and promotion funds.

Collaborate with the marketing team to implement category and brand strategies.

Plan, execute, and assess trade promotions, including pricing and promotional offers.

Facilitate new product listings and manage related promotional activities.

Monitor distribution and product range extensions to foster category growth.

Regularly review retailers' planograms to identify growth opportunities.

Work collaboratively with the operations team to ensure effective store coverage and displays.

Drive best-in-class execution within the trade.

Formulate and implement new business development strategies to expand market reach.

Prepare promotional plans to enter new market segments.

Requirements

Diploma or degree in Business or a related field.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in FMCG sales, preferably within leading multinational companies.

Familiarity with both Modern Trade and General Trade channels, with experience in managing key accounts and working with distributors.

Positive attitude and determination to excel in a challenging environment.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

Basic analytical and problem-solving skills.
