As a Social Worker, you will be required to

Conduct needs and risk assessments for intakes
Provide casework management for clients
Conduct analysis, plans and implements programmes and services to meet client’s needs
Review needs to plan and conduct group work to address issues of target groups
Collaborate with other agencies to pool resources for clients
Scan the environment and community need to develop community development initiatives
Any other job tasks may be assigned, if needed
