Location: Based at service centre (Near Potong Pasir MRT) - The team will be deployed to various dormitories and service center to conduct surveys with migrant workers in bulk.
Working hours: Rotating shifts (5 days work week across Mon to Sun)
Salary: $3,500/month
Summary:
The team will be deployed to migrant-worker dormitories and service centres across Singapore to conduct surveys and assist respondents with completing their submissions.
Job scope:
Assist respondents to complete selected surveys online or via manual collection. Ensure submissions via manual collection of the completed survey data are keyed into the system.
Conduct field visits for selected respondents that are not contactable via phone.
Perform daily updates of call outcomes using Excel files assigned to them.
Work closely with team-mates on assigned respondents to attain surveys completion.
Handle objections from selected respondents in terms of survey participation professionally and politely.
Update daily report accurately to account for productivity and surveys attainment.
Perform “cleaning” for rejected survey data after submissions due to errors and ambiguities done during collection phase.
Diligently input case notes into system for each respondent to allow future reference and follow up action plans. i.e. call outcome, refusal to participate in survey etc.
Comply to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and provide valid reasons for any deviations.
Attain key performance indicators (KPI) established.
Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements
Minimum Diploma or equivalent qualification
Good communication, coordination and interpersonal skills
Comfortable engaging company representatives and respondents professionally
Ability to manage multiple operational priorities and survey projects
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and operational systems
Ability to work in fast-paced operational environments
Comfortable to work on rotating shifts and travelling around
