Digital Strategy & Growth Executive (Fresh Graduates Welcome)

Topkee is a technology-driven digital marketing company helping businesses turn marketing activities into measurable business growth.

As a Digital Performance Account Executive, you will work closely with clients and our internal performance, creative, technology, and data teams to manage digital marketing campaigns across different industries.

Unlike a role focused only on campaign coordination or reporting, you will gain practical exposure across  Google, Meta, YouTube, TikTok, and many other advertising, lead generation, landing pages, creative strategy, marketing data, conversion tracking, CRM/CDP, automation, and AI-enabled marketing tools.

Your role will include understanding a client's business objectives, coordinating campaign execution, reviewing performance data, identifying improvement opportunities, communicating recommendations clearly, and helping clients progress from marketing activity towards qualified leads, sales, and measurable returns.

You will also work with Topkee's internal marketing technology and operating systems to better understand the full customer journey from ad click and enquiry through to lead quality and business outcomes.

What we are looking for:

Fresh graduates and candidates with early-career experience are welcome

Degree/Diploma in Marketing, Business, Communications or related disciplines preferred

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Comfortable communicating with clients and coordinating multiple projects

Analytical mindset and willingness to work with campaign and business data

Interest in digital advertising, AI, technology and business growth

Proactive, responsible and able to learn quickly

Google Ads, Meta Ads, analytics or agency experience is an advantage but  not required

Structured training, internal systems and guidance will be provided

High-performing team members will have opportunities to take ownership of larger client portfolios, participate in business growth initiatives, work with more advanced marketing technology, and develop towards senior client, commercial or management responsibilities.
