Responsibilities

Execute preventive, corrective, and breakdown maintenance works.

Lead technicians and coordinate contractors.

Manage maintenance records, inventories, and documentation.

Monitor service delivery and ensure KPI compliance.

Support maintenance projects and operational improvements.

Requirements

Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.

Minimum 3 years of facilities management experience.

Good communication and documentation skills.

Positive attitude, safety-conscious, and able to multitask.
