Determine the management plans, policies and business objectives related to the management of the Company and responsible for the implementation and achievement of results.

Coordinate the sales, market development, research and development as well as product operations in the Company.

Establish and improve the Company's organizational and work system. Responsible for creating an efficient organizational team and building good communication channels.

Coordinate the relevant internal/external work relationships, maintain and enhance the Company's brand image and reputation.

Responsible for the formulation of the management department's business plan according to the strategic objectives proposed by the group headquarters and oversee the implementation to ensure the completion of the annual business tasks.

Oversee the complete operation of an organization.

Pay close attention to the analysis and research of market information as well as product innovation and enhance market adaptability and competition.

Ensure all legal and regulatory documents are filed and monitor compliance with laws and regulations.

Requirements

Diploma and above in any field.

At least 10 to 15 years’ experience in Management roles.

Have good knowledge about import and export processes.

High level of business awareness and acumen.

Understanding the intricacies of financial management and management.

Excellent Leadership, communication, organisational, analytical and problem-solving skills.

Strong crisis management and conflict mediation skills.

Bilingual with proficiency in English and Mandarin to liaise with clients.
