Sales and Marketing Executive

1.Key Responsibilities

1.1Sales Support & Technical Presentations

·        Conduct technical sales presentations.

·        Support sales activities before and after closing deals.

·        Prepare quotations and follow up with customers.

·        Understand customer technical requirements to tailor appropriate product and solution recommendations.

1.2Telemarketing & Lead Generation

·        Conduct outbound telemarketing calls to generate and qualify sales leads.

·        Follow up on inbound enquiries and convert leads into sales opportunities.

1.3Customer Relationship Management

·        Build strong, long-term relationships with customers.

·        Serve as a key point of contact for customer enquiries and after-sales support.

·        Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts.

1.4Marketing & Event Support

·        Manage and support marketing and event activities.

·        Design creative sales and marketing materials.

·        Coordinate with external vendors, printers, and agencies for marketing materials and event logistics.

·        Support digital marketing efforts, including social media and website content where required.

1.5Reporting & Performance

·        Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports and forecasts.

·        Work towards sales targets and KPIs.

·        Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform sales and marketingstrategy.

1.6Additional Responsibilities

·        Support new product or service launches with relevant sales and marketing materials.

·        Handle ad-hoc sales and marketing duties as required.

·        Perform any other duties as assigned by the Senior Business Development Manager (SBDM) or management.
