Membership Consultant/Brand Ambassador

Position Overview

A Brand Ambassador acts as the "face" of Anytime Fitness, serving as the primary point of contact for members, guests, and potential customers. This role combines sales, marketing, and community engagement to promote gym memberships and personal training services while building a positive brand image both online and in person.

Key Responsibilities

Brand Representation & Member Engagement

Serve as the friendly, welcoming presence that greets members and guests daily

Represent the Anytime Fitness brand with enthusiasm and authenticity across all channels

Build trusting relationships with potential customers through networking and word-of-mouth marketing

Create an inviting and welcoming experience for future members

Encourage current members to participate in club events and programs

Sales & Lead Generation

Meet and exceed membership sales

Conduct club tours and explain membership options and pricing plans to potential clients

Generate and manage sales leads through outreach, follow-ups, and networking

Educate prospects about membership benefits and personal training services

Complete necessary paperwork, contracts, and member registration processes accurately

Marketing & Social Media

Create and share engaging content (videos, photos, testimonials) across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.)

Post about products and services online, including social media and forums

Monitor and respond to online comments and reviews

Assist in organizing and executing marketing campaigns and community outreach events

Represent the club at local events, businesses, and community gatherings

Customer Service & Operations

Provide ongoing support and motivation to help members achieve their fitness goals

Handle initial inquiries from prospective members in person, over the phone, or via email

Assist club management with day-to-day gym operations

Maintain accurate records of memberships, contracts, and payment plans

Track customer preferences and suggest advertising and positioning ideas

Qualifications

Education & Experience

Graduate of any relevant course (Marketing, Business, or related fields preferred)

Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the fitness industry

Fresh graduates with strong energy and enthusiasm are also welcome

Background in fitness and wellness is a plus

Outgoing, friendly personality with a natural ability to connect with people

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong social media presence across multiple platforms

Sales-driven mindset with a passion for meeting and exceeding targets

Self-motivated, proactive, and detail-oriented

Tech-savvy with proficiency in MS Office applications

Team player who works well with others

Passion for health and fitness (industry experience not required but beneficial)

Compensation & Benefits

Salary Range: $2000-$2500
