Site Supervisor

Job Summary

Supervise daily site operations to ensure projects are finished safely, on time, and within budget

Responsibilities

To lead, supervise, and coordinate site works.

Work closely with Project Manager to ensure contracted works meet all requirements, acceptable standards and targeted dates.

Supervise sub-contractors and in-house workers to ensure adherence to project plans and safety standards

Inspect work sites for hazards, enforce health and safety rules, and ensure proper use of protective equipment.

Resolve on-site issues efficiently and quickly.

Perform any other ad-hoc duties assigned from time to time

Requirements

1-2 years of construction work experience

Possess BCSS

Knowledge of construction processes, materials, and site coordination

Ability to read and interpret basic construction drawings
