Responsibilities

Coordinate daily manpower deployment and scheduling.

Liaise with clients and workers on operational matters.

Assist with recruitment and onboarding activities.

Prepare reports, quotations and administrative documents.

Monitor service quality and resolve operational issues.

Support business development and customer relationship management.

Requirements

Diploma or Degree in any discipline.

Good communication and organisational skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Relevant experience is an advantage.
