Job Summary

You will supervise food stall operations, ensuring cleanliness, smooth opening and closing processes, and excellent customer service while training staff and handling feedback in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Communicate confidently with customers, colleagues, and other departments to support smooth operations and service delivery

Inspect and maintain overall cleanliness of the outlet to meet company standards

Train staff effectively to enhance their skills and service quality

Follow and enforce company policies and procedures consistently

Address customer complaints and feedback promptly to ensure satisfaction

Manage opening and closing procedures to ensure operational readiness and security

Adapt quickly and think on your feet to solve problems in a fast-paced environment

Collaborate as a team player to achieve service and operational goals

Work professionally with passion, energy, and a service-oriented attitude

Perform duties during night shifts and public holidays as required

Required competencies and certifications

Experience in a supervisory role managing a food stall

Preferred competencies and qualifications

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a dynamic work setting
