Job Summary

You will supervise food stall operations, ensuring excellent customer service, outlet cleanliness, and smooth opening and closing processes while training staff and handling customer feedback effectively.

Responsibilities

Communicate confidently with customers, colleagues, and other departments to ensure smooth operations and positive interactions

Inspect and maintain overall cleanliness of the outlet to meet company standards

Train staff on operational procedures and customer service to enhance team performance

Adhere to company policies and procedures consistently in daily operations

Manage customer complaints and feedback promptly to resolve issues and improve service quality

Oversee opening and closing processes to ensure all tasks are completed accurately and efficiently

Adapt quickly and make decisions under pressure in a fast-paced food stall environment

Collaborate effectively as a team player to achieve operational goals with professionalism and energy

Work night shifts and on public holidays as required to support business needs

Required competencies and certifications

Experience in a supervisory role managing food stall operations

Preferred competencies and qualifications

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage customers and team members

Service-oriented mindset with excellent customer service attitude

Ability to learn quickly and think on one’s feet to handle dynamic situations
