PROJECT COORDINATOR/ENGINEER

Job Summary

Lead and coordinate multiple supervisor teams to ensure daily work activities progress efficiently. Manage site resources and documentation while collaborating with clients, subcontractors, and project teams to deliver M&E works aligned with contract specifications.

Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate teams of supervisors to execute daily work activities effectively

Communicate and collaborate with clients, internal staff, and subcontractors to align on daily operations

Monitor and manage work progress to meet project timelines and quality standards

Ensure site teams are equipped with necessary tools, equipment, PPE, and manage procurement processes

Prepare monthly lateral logging updates and claims documentation for Quantity Surveyor submission to clients

Report site issues to Project Manager and propose actionable solutions for mitigation and improvement

Supervise work to ensure compliance with contract drawings and specifications

Develop method statements, shop drawings, installation and testing & commissioning check sheets, and work progress reports for M&E works alongside project teams

Coordinate with subcontractors and consultants to prepare and submit shop drawings timely

Manage technical submissions in collaboration with suppliers and subcontractors

Support Project Manager on all M&E-related matters to ensure project objectives are met

Facilitate technical discussions with stakeholders to resolve site and technical issues promptly

Liaise with relevant authorities, subcontractors, and clients on equipment submissions, inspections, testing, and commissioning requirements
