JOB DUTIES

Greet customers and show them to their tables.

Provide menus and explain food and drink options.

Take customers’ food and beverage orders accurately.

Enter orders into the POS/cashier system.

Serve food and drinks promptly and professionally.

Check on customers during their meals and respond to requests.

Clear and clean tables after customers leave.

Set up tables with plates, cutlery, glasses, and napkins.

Handle customer complaints politely and inform the supervisor when necessary.

Coordinate with kitchen staff and other team members.

Follow food-safety and workplace procedures.

Assist with opening and closing duties.
