Process Manufacturing Plant

Job Responsibilities:

Assist in managing daily production operations to ensure smooth and efficient plant operations

Monitor production performance, process efficiency, product quality, and operational KPIs

Coordinate manpower planning, production scheduling, and machine utilization to meet production targets

Work closely with maintenance, warehouse, and utilities teams to minimize downtime and operational disruptions

Support troubleshooting, process optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives within the plant

Ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP, FSSC22000, workplace safety, and food quality standards

Investigate production deviations and implement corrective and preventive actions

Lead and supervise production operators, technicians, and shift personnel

Requirements

Degree / Diploma in Chemical Engineering, Food Technology, Manufacturing, or related discipline

Minimum 5 years of production experience in edible oil, food manufacturing, FMCG, refinery, chemical, or process plant environment
