Senior / Project Manager (New Build Construction)

Established A2 Main Contractor

Basic Salary: $8,000–$10,000

5.5-Day Work Week

Working Location: Project Site

New-Build Residential, Commercial or Landed Projects

Job Responsibilities

Lead and manage new-build construction projects from planning and execution through TOP/CSC and handover.

Develop and monitor project programmes, resources and work procedures to ensure timely completion.

Oversee civil, structural, architectural and M&E coordination.

Manage project teams, subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring work meets quality, safety and contractual requirements.

Review construction drawings, technical submissions and method statements.

Liaise with clients, consultants and authorities to resolve technical and site issues.

Monitor project progress, cost, risks and subcontractor performance.

Ensure compliance with QOSHE, ISO and statutory requirements.

Support tender submissions, pricing, negotiations and tender interviews when required.

Report project progress and key issues to the Project Director.

Requirements

Degree in Civil Engineering, Building, Construction Management or an equivalent qualification.

Minimum 10 years of relevant building-construction experience.

Must possess substantial new-build experience in residential, condominium, commercial or landed projects.

Main-contractor experience is required.

Experience managing projects through TOP/CSC and handover is preferred.

Strong project planning, leadership, coordination and problem-solving skills.

Able to work independently and manage multiple project stakeholders.

Strong Project Managers ready to progress into a Senior Project Manager position may also be considered.
