Storeman cum Driver

• Manage the store’s inventory, ensuring accurate record-keeping and organization
• Prevent discrepancies in store inventory, items on loan and items delivered by maintaining proper documentation
• Receive and process incoming goods, including loading and unloading, verifying items and storing incoming items
• Pick and prepare orders for delivery and load goods onto vehicles
• Verify delivery instructions and ensure that all paperwork and documentation are complete
• Drive company vehicles safely and follow all traffic regulations
• Assist with yearly stock take exercise

Responsibilities

• Possess a valid Class 3 driving license (preferred) and clean driving record
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Familiar with store or warehouse operations and inventory management
• Strong organizational skills
• Physically fit and able to lift heavy items
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
