- Address taxpayers’ tax queries on the various tax types such as Individual Income Tax, Property tax over the Helpline, Live chat or via Walk-ins
- Promote and nudge taxpayers in the usage of our e-Services and chatbot
- Guide taxpayers on the step-by-step e-Filing procedures and provide advices on their filing and payment obligations
Requirements
- GCE A Level and above strictly
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Candidates without tax experience or customer service are welcome to apply as training will be provided
- Must be able to commit to the entire period.
