Promote car rental services to corporate and individual clients.

Source new customers through cold calling, networking and referrals.

Manage existing accounts and build strong customer relationships.

Achieve sales targets by converting leads into bookings and contracts.

Handle customer enquiries and recommend suitable fleet options.

Prepare proposals, contracts, costing and sales reports.

Coordinate with operations on vehicle availability, delivery and collection.

Monitor market trends, competitor pricing and customer feedback.

Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company policies.

Requirements

Possess a valid Class 3 driving license (essential for test-driving and client visits)

Basic computer proficiency in MS Excel and Word to perform administrative tasks

Familiarity with CRM systems and reporting tools to manage customer data and sales tracking (advantageous)

Prior sales experience to enhance client acquisition and retention efforts (advantageous)
