Jobs Responsibilities

Manage the planning and delivery of infrastructure and workplace technology projects, ensuring agreed scope, timelines and quality standards are achieved.

Develop and maintain project schedules, milestones, dependencies and deliverables; monitor progress and drive timely completion of project activities.

Coordinate implementation activities across infrastructure, security, application and business teams to manage interdependencies and delivery requirements.

Identify project risks, issues and potential delays; establish mitigation plans, track actions and escalate critical matters where necessary.

Manage internal stakeholders, project sponsors and external vendors; facilitate project meetings, workshops, status reviews and follow up on outstanding actions.

Maintain project governance and reporting, including status updates, documentation, deliverable tracking and project closure activities.

Job Requirements

Relevant experience in infrastructure project management, preferably within banking, financial services or a large enterprise environment.

Hands on experience managing infrastructure, workplace technology, migration or implementation projects.

Strong project planning, risk and issue management, vendor coordination and stakeholder management skills.

Familiarity with structured project governance and delivery methodologies; able to manage projects independently as an individual contributor.
