Senior Sales Engineer (Water Quality & Environmental Solutions) [SAS]

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and sales targets for water quality analysers.

Manage and expand key accounts, including water infrastructure/utilities, semiconductor facilities, industrial users, and engineering companies.

Identify new market opportunities, projects, and tender prospects within water and wastewater applications.

Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to ensure consistent performance.

Collaborate with technical, service, and marketing teams to deliver integrated customer solutions.

Prepare and present technical-commercial quotations, proposals, tenders, and product demonstrations.

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to optimize sales strategies.

Maintain accurate sales forecasts, CRM records, and management reports.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Chemistry, or a related field.

Minimum 5 years of sales experience in water quality analysers, analytical instruments, or related environmental technologies.

Proven B2B sales track record, preferably in water & wastewater or process industries.

Strong technical knowledge of online and laboratory water quality analysers (e.g., pH, conductivity, turbidity, TOC, nutrients, metals).

Experience managing sales teams and major accounts is highly desirable.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Self-motivated, strategic thinker with strong customer focus.

Willingness to travel as required.
