Export Operations

Coordinate and manage export pickup bookings with internal stakeholders to ensure timely shipment arrangements.

Prepare and verify all required export documentation for shipment processing.

Issue pre-alerts and shipment details to destination offices or relevant parties.

Verify shipment details and ensure the correct goods are released and endorsed to the appointed transporter.

Print, organize, and maintain shipping documents in accordance with customer requirements and compliance procedures.

Import Operations

Monitor and track import shipments to ensure timely delivery and shipment visibility.

Verify shipment quantities and ensure there are no discrepancies in package counts.

Coordinate with the customer’s receiving team to resolve shipment discrepancies, damages, or delivery issues.

Reporting & Administration

Perform accurate data entry and maintain shipment-related records.

Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
